The 4 week Intro to Strength program is for novice/beginners who have less than a year of training/ weight training. This is the most basic program offered by Rise to Resilience. The 4 weeks will focus on a simple linear progression with minimal accessory movements, because the best thing a novice lifter can do is REPETITION and practice of the movements(squat, bench, deadlift). Nothing fancy, just pure strength work of the 3 main compound lifts. The more time you spend under that barbell, the better you become at that movement and the stronger you will get.
