Mike Orallo is a coach and trainer with 7 years of experience in many modalities. Mike has a background and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and is a certified NASM Nutrition Coach. He is a Crossfit Level 2 Trainer and has competed in high level Crossfit, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, and Bodybuilding competitions. The harsh truth is, there’s nothing new out there in the fitness world anymore. Everyone puts their twist on things to make it look fancy and revolutionary. In reality there’s no replacement for CONSISTENCY. Mike is a firm believer in a Results Based program. The workout templates and programs offered by Rise To Resilience have been tested and performed by Mike himself and have proven to yield results from not only him, but also from the many clients and athletes that train under his program.
