This program’s goal is to gain as much muscle as possible in 8 weeks. The most effective way to build muscle is through strength training in all different rep ranges, which you will see here. This program is not necessarily going to increase your 1 rep max on you lifts directly, but will definitely make you look good with your clothes off! Compared to the other programs offered, Body Sculpt will have more isolation exercises and accessory movements in order to engage every last bit of muscle on your body to help you develop a more lean and defined physique.
