This program is for those whom are intermediate to advanced in resistance training. The focus here is STRENGTH towards the squat, bench, and deadlift. The 12 weeks will be broken up in 3 mesocycles(3x 4 week increments= 12 weeks). Alternatives will be provided for certain exercises if prescribed equipment isn’t available.
